Northland Stars January

The North Stars are off and running in 2019. I am always amazed at their talent and what they can make of scrape.

Kathy has started her Valentine embroidery already.

Vicki made herself a new purse.

Terri spent the last few months, with the help of her husband, on making a few charity quilts for Mission. They made over 30 lap size quilts.

Theresa is such a multi- talented quilter & embroiderer. Debbie is one of our newest members showing us her wonderful embroidery skills. She brought us a sample to show, but she made many tea towels for her family for Christmas.

A special valance was ordered and this grandmother met the challenge. Adorable!!!

Mary brought her finished Christmas Quilt which everyone thought could also be converted to an Easter Quilt, a Valentine Quilt, etc.

There were also pillow cases. That Debbie, you never know what she is going to bring to the Buzz. She is so talented.

Rita is our jewel. Here are just a few of the quilts she brought to raffle off that day to the attendees. And of course other items too. And then a final mission quilt.

I would expect next Buzz to have some Chiefs things and our North Stars getting ready for Valentine’s Day and Easter. See you next month.

Happy Stitching..Leah
