We know that at least 530,000 household sewing machines have been repaired by Missouri Sewing Machine Company since 1932. Some of the family members think it could be twice that number, but we don’t have all of the records from our history confirm it. You may have to wait a little longer for us to get to you, and it may cost you a little bit more, but we completely understand if you are not able to bring in your machine. For most standard services we will be able to provide you an estimate at the time you drop off your machine. If your machine requires a more in-depth analysis to determine the estimate, our technicians will look at it and call you with an estimate. You can then decide if you want the machine fixed or not.We do not charge for our estimates. They have been, and always will be free.

When your machine is ready for pickup we will call and send you an e-mail notification of the work we performed and the total charges.

Some machines are heavy, and we don’t want you to carry them in. Just walk into our store and let one of our techs know and we will carry it in for you.

Customers that have purchased extended warranties are worked on before machines that do not. We’re sorry if you don’t like this policy, but it’s part of the reason they purchased the extended warranty, and we have to honor it.
