Basic Serger

In this serger class you will be shown the anatomy of your serger and some of the stitches it can create. You’ll be shown how to use the 4 thread for seaming and gathering with the differential feed. You’ll learn the threading for the stitches shown using the quick reference threading chart. If you need help setting up or threading your machine please plan to arrive 30 minutes early. The class will begin at 10:00am or 6:00pm. You will need to bring your machine, power cord, foot control, and all accessories for your machine classes. Serger classes will apply to the serger operations on the Ovation and Evolution.
