The formula below is how we calculate a service call, and on average what the cost to service each machine will be. It does not include parts, but if you know the parts you’ll need then fill out the form below or call us and we will tell you the school cost.
(Distance in Miles to School from 1011 E. Truman Road x 1.2) + (Driving time to school in minutes x $2.00) Ex. School A is 26 miles away and takes 45 minutes to get to. Therefore the service charge is (26 x 1.2) + (45×2) = $31.20 + $90.00 = $121.20
Service Rate
Service Rate is $80.00/hour per technician. If your service requires two technicians, it will be $160.00/hour. The minimum time is half an hour.

YES! FREE ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED BEFORE WE WORK ON YOUR MACHINE
For most standard services we will be able to provide you an estimate at the time you drop off your machine. If your machine requires a more in-depth analysis to determine the estimate, our technicians will look at it and call you with an estimate. You can then decide if you want the machine fixed or not.We do not charge for our estimates. They have been, and always will be free.

When your machine is ready for pickup we will call and send you an e-mail notification of the work we performed and the total charges.
