Since our beginning in 1932, Missouri Sewing Machine Company has repaired commercial sewing machines. It is one of the skills we are known for across the Midwest. (Distance in Miles to Home/Business from 1011 E. Truman Road x 1.2) + (Driving time to Home/Business in minutes x $2.00) Ex. Business A is 26 miles away and takes 45 minutes to get to. Therefore the service charge is (26 x 1.2) + (45×2) = $31.20 + $90.00 = $121.20
Service Rate
Service rate is $80.00 per hour, and billed in half-hour increments. The minimum charge is $40.00 (half-hour).

That’s right, any sewing machine. No matter the age or condition we will work on it.
YES! FREE ESTIMATES ARE PROVIDED BEFORE WE WORK ON YOUR MACHINE
For most standard services we will be able to provide you an estimate at the time you drop off your machine. If your machine requires a more in-depth analysis to determine the estimate, our technicians will look at it and call you with an estimate. You can then decide if you want the machine fixed or not.We do not charge for our estimates. They have been, and always will be free.

Probably Not!
We have the tables in our repair shop for most of the commercial machines out there. There are certain tacking, buttonhole, and computerized machines that we will need the table for. But in general, if you can tilt the machine back, remove its belt, and lift the machine out of its table then we won’t need your table. If you want to be certain, call or e-mail us.

YES! WE WILL UNLOAD AND LOAD YOUR MACHINE FOR YOU
Some machines are heavy, and we don’t want you to carry them in. Please come in first and we will be more than happy to bring in your machine. We don’t want you to drop the machine or hurt yourself.
YOU WILL RECEIVE PHONE AND E-MAIL NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR REPAIR IS COMPLETE
When your machine is ready for pickup we will call and send you an e-mail notification of the work we performed and the total charges.
